This privacy notice describes the methods of collection, use, storage, and protection of the personal data of users of Human Frame Productions S.r.l. ("Company", "we"). This notice is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

Data processed on the basis of consent will be retained until consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise required by law.

The data subject may exercise, with respect to the Company, the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, as well as lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

There are no data transfers to third countries and no disclosures to third parties. Data are processed exclusively by the Company for the purposes indicated.
